The opportunity
This role supports sales growth by building strong relationships, understanding client goals, and collaborating closely with internal teams. You’ll learn the sales process, contribute to account strategies, and help deliver solutions that meet client needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support quarterly sales targets by maintaining existing client relationships and helping to build new ones
- Identify upcoming and in-development projects and introduce Unity as a solution
- Gather and communicate client needs to Unity’s product and cross-functional teams
- Recommend Unity products and services that can help clients succeed in their game development
- Help analyze client and market data to spot opportunities and suggest appropriate solutions
- Contribute to team goals for business growth and track progress toward meeting them
What We're Looking For
- Some experience or strong interest in solution-based sales for software or client-side development, with a basic understanding of the development process
- Exposure to business development, marketing, or related fields
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn; good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders (e.g., CTOs, engineers) to discuss solutions
- English proficiency
You might also have
- Passion for video games and familiarity with the games and entertainment industry
- Experience working in the games industry
- Fluency in French
- Exposure to real-time 3D software, engineering software sales, or middleware sales
- Experience with Salesforce and Clari
