Overview

The candidate will join a world-renowned SaaS company in the talent assessment space, backed by private equity and scaling with ambitious growth targets. Their flagship assessment platform is used by thousands of enterprise organisations worldwide, and they’ve recently launched a next-generation SaaS solution that’s transforming how companies hire and develop talent. They’re hiring a Client Success Manager to focus on renewals, expansion, and adoption across some of their largest enterprise clients.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts (10–20 of the highest-paying customers).
  • Drive adoption, value creation, and expansion across HR and Talent teams.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders (HR, TA, L&D) to ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver QBRs, training, and enablement sessions to drive product stickiness.
  • Spot upsell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to convert them.
  • Influence product roadmap by feeding client feedback back into the business.

What Success Looks Like

  • High Net & Gross Retention Rates (NRR / GRR).
  • Increased expansion revenue from your accounts.
  • Clients actively evangelising the platform and referring internally.
  • Sales teams asking: What did you do with that client? They’re flying!

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years in Client Success (B2B SaaS / HRTech ideal).
  • Beneficial - Experience with HR, Talent, or L&D stakeholders.
  • Track record driving renewals, upsell, and adoption.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to uncover value.
  • Hands-on with CRMs (HubSpot ideal) and SaaS platforms.
