I'm currently seeking a Client Administrator to join a leading independent financial advisory firm in Bristol. Due to recent acquisitions and ongoing success, the company is looking for candidates with financial services administration experience who are based locally in Bristol. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to provide proactive assistance
• Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
• Communicate with affluent and high-net-worth clients to ensure a seamless process and positive experience
• Prepare meeting materials for Advisors before client meetings
• Raise invoices as required
• Manage database systems
