We’re looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 1‑4 years’ PQE, ideally with claimant experience, to join this growing department of nearly 15. You’ll manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims in line with firm procedures – maintaining the highest standards of client care, confidentiality, and communication.

The role offers hybrid working and a salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience. The firm’s office is easily commutable from Cardiff, Cwmbran, and the wider South Wales area.

You’ll also play an active part in the team’s continued success – developing client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and mentoring junior colleagues. If you’re ambitious, empathetic, and want to make a difference every day, this is the environment where you’ll thrive.

Key Responsibilities
