As the Medical Negligence department expands, the firm seeks an experienced Solicitor / Lawyer who is ready to step up into a Senior Associate position. In this role, you’ll manage a challenging caseload, handling cases from initial client instruction through to completion of fast and multi-track cases. You will manage the entire process, including pre-action investigation and litigation, working closely with clients to secure fair and just outcomes.
