SR2 is supporting a major public sector digital transformation and seeking a Cloud Programme Manager to lead delivery across several high-value workstreams.
Acting on behalf of the workstream sponsor, you'll be responsible for driving strategic alignment, supplier performance, and cloud investment value — with oversight of both delivery and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud workstreams, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals and public value




• Manage partners, suppliers, and internal teams across delivery and risk




• Shape investment roadmaps and priorities for cloud services and platforms




• Oversee and embed the Cloud Centre of Excellence as a long-term capability




• Lead interim commercial discussions and programme documentation (SoWs, VNs)




• Coach internal stakeholders and drive collaborative delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven background in programme delivery and cloud transformation
  




• Experience with commercial negotiation, VFM, and supplier management




• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business change and governance
  




• Hands-on and collaborative, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder skills




• Public sector experience highly desirable
