We’re looking for a Commercial Director to lead the strategic direction and delivery of our direct‑to‑consumer proposition across V12 Retail Finance and V12 Personal Finance. This is a pivotal role, driving growth, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences while leading a talented team across marketing, product, and digital.

What you’ll do

  • Define and deliver the B2C strategy, ensuring ambitious growth and retention targets are met.
  • Lead new product development and bring innovative solutions to market.
  • Own the P&L for new customer acquisition, driving performance across all channels.
  • Oversee marketing strategy and campaigns, using data‑driven insights to optimise results.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and suppliers to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and inspiration to your team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Influence at Board and ExCo level, presenting compelling business cases for new initiatives.

What we’re looking for

  • A proven track record in shaping and delivering B2C strategies.
  • Experience launching new products and managing P&L accountability.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high‑performing teams.
  • Commercial acumen combined with deep understanding of UX, CX, and digital channels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including Board‑level engagement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and commitment to Consumer Duty principles.
