Commercial Execution Manager

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Commercial Execution Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional execution rhythms and processes, aligning and driving our external plan to a best-in-class standard. This role will coordinate the execution of our PICOS across all channels and customers and help us to be easier to do business with both externally and internally.

Overview

Based in Farringdon, United Kingdom, this role requires in-office presence 2 days per week. The commercial team is looking for a candidate to activate and execute plans with excellence, ensuring monthly execution pulse is captured, responsibilities are clear, and action is driven into field execution.

Responsibilities

  • Owner of the agenda, facilitator of content, and chair of the bi-weekly execution meeting. Lead cross-functional commercial discussions to provide updates for customers, guide internal planning, share external performance updates, and track execution of the Picture of Success (including distribution, NPD status, shopper activation, and Range Review outputs).
  • Coordinate content to support execution meetings and other key cycle moments; align cross-functional inputs and objectives for each meeting.
  • Drive and track cross-functional actions from meeting to meeting.
  • Coordinate external content to be distributed to trade; communicate and facilitate plan changes and planning guidelines.
  • Monitor promo/feature compliance and tracking; translate execution meeting actions into monthly business reviews for decision-making.
  • Serve as the go-to person for cross-functional commercial execution topics.
  • Execution Management: track sales progress on NPD; brief all functions on external content needs; monitor external content reach and feedback; create a simple execution review document for NPD leads; track execution status versus PICOS and determine actions to fix or drive; identify commercial risks or opportunities for review; support transition to systems and close gaps.
  • Execution Communication Awareness: establish mechanisms to ensure cross-functional awareness and action planning of execution programmes.
  • Gate 4 to Store: ensure projects land in market with G4 picture of success; manage volumes, planning assumptions by customer; coordinate planning information for all channels (Grocery, Wholesale/OOH, Ecomm); oversee barcodes, pricing setup and cascade; share planning guidelines in execution meetings; agree R&O vs in-system; manage delist activity from G4 to store with changeover dates and space-held tracking.

Experience & Requirements

  • Operational project management with planning, structure, and measurement; high attention to detail.
  • Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience within commercial functions is preferable (sales and/or category).
  • Collaborative and approachable style; self-starter who seeks continuous improvement; comfortable working at pace and managing change.

Additional Details

This role is based in Farringdon (United Kingdom) and requires coming to the office 2 days per week.
