Job Description:

An opportunity for a midlevel to senior associate (3-6 PQE) to join a top-tier international disputes team in London, specialising in high-value complex commercial litigation.

The role offers immediate involvement in high-stakes, cross-border disputes and interim relief matters, with exposure to a range of global clients and a clear path for progression in a supportive, ambitious environment.

The Role Involves:

• Managing complex commercial litigation across sectors, including financial services, banking and investigations
• Advising corporates, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals on contentious risk and litigation strategy.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and substantive applications for High Court proceedings.
• Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and key settlement negotiations.
• Contributing to thought leadership, business development and client outreach initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
• 3-6 PQE in complex commercial litigation.
• Proven experience with High Court litigation
• Strong legal drafting, analytical and strategic skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently on fast-paced matters while collaborating with a wider disputes team.
• Commercial awareness and a solutions-oriented mindset.
