Salary: up to £90,000 + package

Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong track record in PFI contracts and facilities management?

We are supporting a leading organisation in the built environment as they look to appoint a PFI Commercial Manager to join their team, overseeing a portfolio of high-profile contracts in the London area.

This role offers the chance to work on complex, long-term agreements, leading commercial negotiations, driving contract performance, and playing a key role in supporting PFI handbacks.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the commercial and contractual performance of a large PFI portfolio
• Leading contract negotiations and managing risk
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and obligations
• Supporting senior stakeholders on commercial strategy
• Driving best value across the supply chain

What we’re looking for:

• Strong commercial management experience in PFI / Facilities Management / Built Environment
• Knowledge of contract law, risk management, and dispute resolution
• Confident in leading negotiations and building stakeholder relationships
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
