We’re currently working with a well-regarded national firm who have an urgent requirement for a litigator to join their Manchester office to manage a mixed caseload of commercial and property disputes.

The team handles a broad range of commercial property litigation matters and are looking for someone to support on a busy caseload of disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of commercial and property disputes.
• Support on busy caseloads and assist an experienced partner on more complex work.
• Handle your own caseload under supervision.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

• A Solicitor between 1–5 years’ PQE.
• Experience in both commercial and property litigation.
• Based in the North West of England with hybrid working; presence in Manchester city centre office 2 days per week.
• Able to work alongside an experienced partner and develop under supervision.
