Location: Harrogate

A well-established regional law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join its growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with around 3-6 years' PQE (though applications from candidates outside this range are welcomed) to take on a varied and rewarding role within a forward-thinking, tech-enabled practice.

The Role:

You’ll handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including:

Sales and purchases of commercial property

  • Commercial leases, landlord and tenant work and related documentation
  • Acquisitions of shops, offices, land and industrial units (including multi-let and mixed-use sites)
  • Corporate support and property finance transactions
  • Development matters, including option agreements and overage provisions (desirable)
  • Land acquisition and financing for residential development sites

Commercial Property Solicitor to work closely with a small, supportive team of property and corporate Lawyers, Paralegal and Legal Assistant, while also collaborating with colleagues across the wider commercial practice

What we are looking for:

  • An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor capable of managing your own caseload
  • Confident working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Adaptable and comfortable working across offices in a largely digital environment
  • Commercial Property Solicitor to build professional relationships and develop new business opportunities

About the Team:

The commercial property department is compact but ambitious, working alongside a dynamic company/commercial team. You will play an active role in developing the firm's presence across Harrogate, Leeds and York, with flexibility to work remotely as needed.
