Position Summary

We are looking for two experienced Commercial Property Solicitors to join our established Commercial Property department. You will work alongside our team of expert partners and solicitors on a variety of high‑quality cases, including social housing, complex developments, transactional work, business leases, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. You will advise and assist clients, run your own varied caseload, and support senior fee earners with more complex cases.

Responsibilities

  • Advising and assisting clients on commercial property matters.
  • Managing your own varied caseload of cases.
  • Supporting senior fee earners with complex cases.
  • Working within a collaborative team that shares knowledge and experience freely.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years PQE.
  • Professional experience running a commercial property caseload.
  • Excellent attention to detail, client‑focused approach.
  • Ability to thrive on challenge and represent our brand values: approachable, flexible, inclusive, resilient, supportive.
  • Having your own following of clients is an advantage.
