Commercial Property Solicitor – NQ to 3 PQE

Location: Swansea

Salary: Competitive Salary dependent on experience

Position: Full Time and Permanent. Hybrid option.

Eden Rose are working with a Legal 500 commercially minded firm, who have an exciting opportunity for Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client’s successful Property Team. The team comprises five directors and provides advice on a wide variety of matters including complex development projects, financing, investment and management matters in a diverse range of sectors including health and social care, education, retail and clean energy.

The team’s workload is varied and challenging. You will be exposed to high quality work in the team’s practice areas such as acting on behalf of publicly listed house builders, banks, public sector bodies, property developers, high net worth property investors and SMEs.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, with a passion commercial property work
• Ambition to learn and develop, and your roots and connections for Swansea as a location.
• You will need to be a team player, driven, confident, and an interest in business development and good commercial awareness.
