Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £75,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, with direct client contact and scope to develop your own profile through networking and business development.

The role will involve:

• Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.

• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, leases, and property finance.

• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and related agreements.

• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships.

• Supporting junior team members and contributing to business growth.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property.

• Have excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness.

• Demonstrate strong client care and relationship management skills.

• Be proactive, ambitious, and a team player.
