The opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join our client’s growing Manchester commercial property team at Associate or Senior Associate level.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established real estate offering, promising exposure to high-quality, diverse real estate work for a wide-ranging client base.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background in mainstream commercial real estate work and will quickly gain client exposure, managing transactions with appropriate supervision. The role offers significant variety and responsibility, with an emphasis on building and developing client relationships.

This long-established team provides a full range of real estate services, with a reputation for technical excellence, commercial acumen, and a personable, down-to-earth approach.

The team

You will work closely with a number of highly experienced commercial property lawyers within the team, including two key Partners within the department.

Clients include:

  • major developer national developers
  • regional developers and investors
  • sector-specific operators such as telecoms and infrastructure providers
  • leisure and retail operators
  • Commercial landlords and other key players in the market

This is a close-knit, high-performing team where people enjoy their work, develop their skills, and thrive in a positive, collaborative environment.

What we’re looking for

  • Experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong background in commercial property including development, investment, landlord & tenant, or portfolio management
  • Personable, commercially minded, and client-focused
  • Entrepreneurial approach and enthusiasm for business development
