This highly regarded London law firm is seeking a confident, commercially astute Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving real estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 4+ years’+ PQE to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters, with exposure to high end residential transactions.

The Role

You’ll be joining a busy and growing team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to a loyal and expanding client base. The caseload is varied and will include:

• Granting and acquiring leases for both landlords and tenants
• Acquisitions & disposals of commercial properties
• Acting for developers on site acquisitions, financing, and disposals
• Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
• Acting for borrowers in refinancing transactions

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial and residential property
• Experience in bridging finance is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a keen eye for detail
• A track record of working in fast-paced environments and contributing to business growth
