Commercial Solicitor - Doncaster

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Solicitor to join a growing legal team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial matters for a wide range of clients, with a supportive and progressive employer offering excellent benefits.

About the Role

• Advising clients on a full range of commercial contracts and agreements
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of commercial documents (including supply agreements, distribution, outsourcing, data protection, and IP-related contracts)
• Supporting clients across multiple sectors, including SMEs and larger organisations
• Providing strategic advice and building strong client relationships
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the development of the commercial team

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• A qualified solicitor (NQ+ considered) with experience in commercial law
• Confident drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and providing pragmatic, business-focused advice
• A strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
