• Fixed-term contract until end of March 2026

Working closely with the Head of Campaigns, the post-holder will play a vital role in delivering film campaigns – from generating engaging content and managing social media, to supporting events and building relationships with audiences, venues, and partners. Alongside external comms, the role also supports RtF’s Director and Board, helping to ensure the efficient running of our hybrid office.

The ideal candidate will be a creative, organised communicator with a passion for film and social justice. You’ll bring flair for content creation, an eye for detail, and proven skills in audience engagement. You’ll also be comfortable balancing communications work with diligent administration, and thrive in a collaborative, values-led environment.
