Base pay range

Areas | Community Building, Volunteer Engagement, Digital Moderation

Based | London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office)

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the creation, development, and long-term strategy for 20+ micro-communities
• Empower and coach volunteer leaders to manage and grow their communities
• Moderate online discussions and maintain a welcoming, inclusive digital space
• Deliver digital content and guidance for community engagement
• Provide training and support on digital platforms (e.g. Circle, Slack, Discord)
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve user experience and engagement
• Collaborate across teams and external stakeholders to align goals and drive momentum

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in community building, ideally in volunteer or membership-led spaces
• Confident strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Strong project management skills and comfort delivering across digital tools
• A coach-like approach to working with volunteers or peer leaders
• Data-informed mindset – confident in tracking engagement and using insight to evolve strategy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
