Overview
Company Secretarial Manager – Investment Trusts
We’re looking for an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to join a global leader in shareholder and entity governance services. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious portfolio of Investment Trust clients, providing expert advice on governance, compliance, and regulatory best practice within a collaborative and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead governance service delivery and manage client relationships for Investment Trust mandates.
- Advise Boards and Investment Managers on Listing Rules, MAR, and corporate governance requirements.
- Oversee board, committee, and shareholder meetings, ensuring timely statutory and regulatory filings.
- Draft governance disclosures for annual reports and coordinate investor communications.
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, while contributing to wider business development initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate governance, company law, and FCA requirements.
- Experience with Investment Trusts or listed funds.
- Proven relationship management skills and ability to guide junior team members.
- Commercial awareness, accuracy, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Hybrid Working
This role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in either our London or Bristol office. Flexibility is available for formal accommodations or specific remote arrangements.
