In this role, you will support the assurance managers in executing the group assurance programme, performing assurance tasks across multiple 1st line teams. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our organisation's success.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in the execution of the testing required as part of the annual Compliance Assurance Programme.
• Write up findings/recommendations, agree responses with the area under review, and present the findings/recommendations as part of the Assurance Report.
• Record all recommendations and actions resulting from reviews undertaken and proactively chase these until resolution.
• Identify trends and root causes in breaches and shortcomings; collaborate with line management to implement relevant policy, procedure, and practice changes.
• Review and critically appraise evidence supporting proposed action closure.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the wider team as required.

Who We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape, preferably around the AML vertical in the gaming sector.
• Prior experience in an audit or assurance role within a regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and risks.
• Analytical skills to analyze data and identify root causes of issues.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
