Base pay range

£35,000–£45,000 salary DOE (volume of sites, years of experience)

We are partnering with a leading multi-brand hospitality group as they continue to grow their UK presence and launch a new brand into the market. With over 30 sites and rapid expansion plans, this newly created role will play a key part in ensuring food safety, compliance, and quality are consistently delivered across all sites and suppliers.

The Role

Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Compliance Manager will be the central point of contact for food safety and compliance, ensuring every location and supplier meets the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular audits across sites and suppliers, including bespoke product and wholesale partner checks.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations across all operations.
  • Liaise with the Primary Authority and maintain accurate compliance records.
  • Deliver training and support to site teams on food safety best practice.
  • Improve and standardise auditing systems, processes, and structures.
  • Act as the FSQA lead across the group, advising leadership on compliance matters.
  • Support the business in scaling from 30+ sites with further nationwide growth ahead.

About You

  • Proven experience in food safety auditing within a multi-site hospitality or QSR environment.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP systems and compliance management.
  • Comfortable using auditing software and able to recommend improvements.
  • Proactive, decisive, and adaptable, with the ability to travel nationwide (all travel via public transport covered).
  • Growth mindset, excited by the challenge of supporting a rapidly expanding business.
