The Compliance Monitoring Officer supports the Compliance Monitoring Manager in ensuring that all TUI Airline Training activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. Reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will play a key role in conducting audits, inspections, and compliance assessments to maintain high safety and quality standards across all training operations. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with the TUI Airline Group Auditor Pool, which has been established to support compliance monitoring activities across TUI Airline.
For this role, you could be based at any of our five TUI Airline HQs, including Luton, Zaventem, Rijswijk, Hannover, or Stockholm. This role will require occasional travel.

About the Role
- Assist in planning and conducting compliance audits, inspections, and spot checks across TUI Airline Training’s operations, ensuring adherence to EASA, UK CAA, and IOSA standards.
- Support continuous monitoring of compliance within the Approved Training Organisation (ATO) and related external service providers.
- Contribute to the evaluation of regulatory inspections, assisting in the implementation of corrective actions to address findings.
- Conduct compliance checks of training policies, manuals, and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in root cause analysis and the development of corrective and preventive actions to resolve compliance gaps.
- Track and monitor corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and effectiveness.
- Support compliance reporting by maintaining accurate records and assisting with data analysis.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of compliance training materials and awareness programmes within the organisation.
- Act as a key liaison for operational teams, providing compliance guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in internal meetings and support collaboration with regulatory authorities as required.
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating confidential compliance reports from pilots, instructors, and students.
About You
- Experience in aviation flight and training operations, compliance monitoring, audit processes, and/or quality assurance.
- We are especially interested in candidates with flying experience or a strong background in aviation
- Knowledge of EASA, UK CAA, and other relevant aviation regulatory structures and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
- IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance document management systems such as IQSMS, QPulse, or WebManuals.
- A team player with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
