Type of contract: Permanent
Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office - 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
The team
We're looking for a Compliance Officer to join our award-winning Legal team as part of Kambi's continued growth. You will be joining a team of nearly 30 people split across London and Stockholm, helping to provide support to the Kambi business globally.
As a Compliance Officer, your day-to-day will look like:
- Prepare and collate licensing submissions, such as forms and exhibits, to be used in gaming license application processes.
- Communicate and manage relationship with both regulatory authorities and key executives in the business.
- Manage compliance and administrative processes and resources related to licenses/registrations held by Kambi Group.
- Own information management processes including personal/corporate data collection and update of software/systems used for managing license applications.
- Provide KYC (Know Your Customer) Packs for Kambi entities in accordance with internal processes.
- Order documents from public bodies/corporate service providers, coordinate translation of documents and, facilitate notarisation appointments for key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams, prioritising in accordance with the business' needs.
You'll be a great fit for the role if you have:
- 4+ years professional experience
- Experience working within compliance/regulatory and legal is preferred
- Organised, proactive and with an excellent eye for detail
- Ability to work self-sufficiently and to tight deadlines on assigned tasks
- Strong communication skills
- An eagerness to learn
