We are always looking for new colleagues who share these values.ResponsibilitiesThe role involves providing high‑quality advisory support across rail projects, collaborating with government and clients, and contributing to strategy, policy, and technical deliverables. You will work across different disciplines, support project delivery, and help develop junior colleagues where appropriate. All initial compensation, regardless of location, may be subject to change as skills, abilities, internal equity and geographic location are taken into account. In addition to base salary, all employees will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
