Positive are seeking a new Content & Design Assistant - Client Solutions
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Content & Design Assistant to join our Client Solutions team at Positive. You’ll support the end-to-end creation, assembly and upkeep of all visual and digital assets for client programmes - from slide decks and infographics to e-learning modules, PDFs and marketing collateral. You’ll partner closely with our product team and client leads - leveraging PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and cutting-edge AI tools (Co-Pilot, HeyGen, Loom) - to not only build engaging, on-brand experiences that delight clients and learners, but also to pioneer and scale market-leading, AI-driven content design workflows that evolve our creative capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Decks, Guides & Collateral: Design PowerPoint presentations reflecting our narrative flow; produce one-pagers, workbooks, learning guides and client-ready PDFs.
- Digital & E-Learning Content: Design and develop engaging digital content for client programmes and online learning.
- Infographics & Visual Storytelling: Translate data and concepts into clear, on-brand infographics, icons and charts.
- AI-Augmented Production (priority): Leverage and pilot AI tools (ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, HeyGen, Loom) to accelerate and enhance content production and delivery.
- Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work hand-in-hand with product and client teams on messaging, tone and format; conduct proofreading, accessibility and brand-compliance checks.
- Brand Stewardship & Innovation: Maintain and evolve our visual style guide; propose new templates, formats or techniques to boost engagement.
- Asset Management & Version Control: Organise source files, enforce naming conventions, manage folder structures and ensure the latest “approved” versions are in use.
Skills and experience
- 1-3 years in content design, instructional design, presentation design or a related role.
- Expert in PowerPoint; strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with at least one e-learning authoring tool (Articulate, Captivate, Rise, etc.).
- Familiarity with video-creation/editing (e.g. Loom, Camtasia) and AI-enabled assistants (e.g. Co-Pilot).
- Strong visual sense - typography, layout, colour theory - and a portfolio to demonstrate it.
- Highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and iteration cycles.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator.
