About the Company:

EniProgetti UK delivers engineering and project services to Eni's global energy operations. The company is actively engaged in both conventional and energy transition projects, including CCS, renewables, and hydrogen. The Basingstoke office is centrally located with excellent transport links and facilities.

Role Overview:

The Contracts Administrator will support post-award contract management across EniProgetti projects. The role requires close coordination with Contract Holders, Procurement, and other internal functions to ensure contractual compliance, monitor performance, manage changes/disputes, and maintain contract documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Contract Holder, Head of Contract Administration, and Procurement Manager on all post-award contract matters.
• Attend contract handover, kick-off, and progress meetings.
• Monitor contract KPIs, including spend vs contract value and expiry tracking.
• Ensure contractor compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report contractual irregularities and assist in resolving disputes.
• Gather contractor performance data and manage feedback and lessons learned.
• Review contract changes, claims, liquidated damages, and volume discounts.
• Draft and review contractual correspondence; maintain communication traceability.
• File and manage contract documentation efficiently.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in contract administration within Oil & Gas or energy sector.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Degree in Economics, Law, Engineering or similar preferred.
