Conveyancer | Busy, Established Firm | Genuine Progression | No heavy BD required | £40k - £60k + bonus

The opportunity is with a well-respected firm in Ringwood offering a busy caseload, strong support, and real scope to grow within a long-established firm. Conveyancing is at the heart of the practice, making up over 50% of fee income, with a varied client base from local, regional, and City clients. The firm has served the community for over 200 years and relies on reputation, repeat business, and referrals.

There is no heavy requirement for business development or networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, registered and unregistered titles, and new build/plot work.
• Collaborate with experienced paralegals and assistants to deliver high-quality client service while maintaining autonomy on file work.

Qualifications & profile

• Experienced Conveyancer who can hit the ground running and manage files independently.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in the running of the business are welcomed.
• Typically, fee earners are 5+ PQE; capable of working effectively within a supportive team environment.
