Conveyancing: Consultant Solicitor & Lawyer Opportunities at Taylor Rose. We are offering consultancy and fee-sharing roles with flexible working arrangements (home, office, or both).

We are seeking legal professionals who want control over their earnings and client portfolio, with the option to work from home or from one of our nationwide offices.

Responsibilities

• Join as a consultant solicitor, FCILEx or licensed conveyancer with expertise in residential or commercial property in private and/or public sectors (4 years PQE+).
• Work on a consultancy, fee-sharing basis; select clients, fees, hours and volume of work.
• Operate within an opportunity to access national offices, meeting rooms and lender panels.

Qualifications

• Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 4+ years PQE in residential or commercial property (private and/or public sectors).
• Experience in conveyancing and property transactions.

Compensation

• Earn up to 75% of what you bill; your split will not drop below 70%.
• PII cover up to £20 million.
