Taylor Rose is a top 60 law firm with over 25 offices nationwide. We offer a unique consultancy, fee-sharing opportunity for legal professionals with expertise in residential or commercial property in the private and/or public sectors, with 4+ years PQE.

Responsibilities

• Provide conveyancing services as a consultant solicitor or lawyer.
• Earn up to 75% of your billing; your split will not drop below 70%.
• Refer larger and established clients and access a pipeline of opportunities.
• Access our accreditations and lender panels to support client work.
• Choose your own clients, fees, hours, and volume of work.
• Work from home with optional hot-desking facilities and access to nationwide offices and meeting rooms.
• Benefit from PII coverage up to £20 million and dedicated operational/legal support.
• Utilize a fully optimised CMS and electronic systems, plus business development support.
• Receive ongoing liaison support and a technical head for operations, legal support, and training.

Qualifications

• Solicitors, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancers with 4+ years PQE in residential or commercial property.
