Conveyancing: Consultant Solicitor & Lawyer Opportunities with Taylor Rose. This role offers consultancy, fee sharing basis and flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Join as a consultant solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer with expertise in residential or commercial property in the private and/or public sectors (4 years PQE+).
• Choose your own clients, fees, hours and volume of work.
• Earn up to 75% of what you bill; your split will not drop below 70%.
• Direct access to accredited lender panels, nationwide offices and meeting rooms.
• Work from home, with 100 days access to hot-desking facilities.
• Receive PII cover up to £20 million and dedicated legal and operational support.
• Leverage a fully optimised CMS and electronic systems, plus business development support.

Qualifications

• Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 4+ years of PQE.
• Experience in residential or commercial property in any sector (private/public).
