The Firm

A reputable boutique firm boasting fantastic staff retention and a supportive culture is looking to expand their conveyancing department. Work is flooding in and they are keen to keep file counts low for their staff.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience and be confident running a caseload with little supervision.

You will have 1-2-1 support from a paralegal / assistant and work on a non - volume caseload (55 files) that span across: FH/LH, Sales and Purchase, Transfers of Equity, Remortgage and Shared Ownership.
