This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in housing, property services, or operational support to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring our internal processes run smoothly, enabling us to deliver exceptional service to our customers and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating Service Requests - Managing inbox queries, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting Key Programmes - Assisting with initiatives like the Fibre to the Home Programme and legal enquiries, helping to keep projects on track and well-documented.
- Maintaining Accurate Records - Updating and managing data across multiple systems to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency.
- Customer-Focused Support - Raising works orders, supporting complaint resolution, and contributing to service improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
- Business Partnering - Collaborating with regional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the organisation.

This role is being offered as a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working is available for this role, working 2-3 days in our Exeter or Tolvaddon office.

Skills
To be successful in your application for the role of Coordinator - Service Support, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:
- Be a proactive, adaptable individual with a genuine interest in building a career in Asset Management.
- Have a strong eye for detail and a methodical approach to your work.
- Be confident juggling a varied workload that includes coordinating projects, maintaining accurate records, and supporting key business initiatives.
- Have experience in administrative or office-based roles and be comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems to manage tasks effectively.
- Be a clear communicator and a team player, able to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders alike.
