Location:Dunstable Office-based with occasional site visits (potential for hybrid working after probation)
Salary:£40,000 – £50,000 per annum
Travel Allowance:£0.45 per mile
Hours:07:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organisedQuality Administrator / Technical Assurance Coordinatorto support a major infrastructure project (HS2). This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in theconstruction industry, and who is confident managinghigh volumes of technical documentation, QA processes, and compliance requirements.
Quality Assurance Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain allQA/TA documentationrelated to the HS2 project.
- Oversee and coordinateclient deliverables, ensuring all documentation meets the standards required (e.g. inspection and test plans, quality plans, material/product approvals).
- Control and compile key documents such as:
- Non-conformance reports
- Record packs
- Technical compliance documentation
- Handover packs
- Work closely with theclient and internal teamsto ensure compliance with all quality and technical assurance processes.
- Supportinternal auditsand assist with maintaining accreditations.
- Collaborate with theContracts Project Managerto support project progression and ensure timely handovers.
- Attend site visits for quality handovers as projects progress (approx. 10% site-based initially, increasing to 30%).
Desired experience for the Quality Assurance Coordinator:
- Strongadministrative experiencewith excellent attention to detail – this role is paperwork heavy.
- Previous experience working in aconstruction or infrastructure environmentis essential.
- Good understanding ofquality assurance and technical compliance systemswithin the construction sector.
- Familiarity withcontrol systems and high-level QA contracts.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team with clear guidance and support from a Contracts Project Manager.
- Highly organised, methodical, and proactive in managing large volumes of documentation.
