Job Overview

The Corporate Account Support Manager manages the commercial relationship between Biffa and its Facility Management Sub Sector Customers. Responsibilities include financial performance, growth, contractual negotiations, KPI and SLA management, compliance, customer satisfaction, retention, and innovative solutions.

Your Core Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary interface between the company and specific corporate clients.
  2. Implement business account plans, ensure service success, contract compliance, retention, and handle pricing negotiations.
  3. Retain corporate clients through positive relationships and expanding service provision to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Manage tendering, benchmarking, and RFI processes, and identify new development opportunities for profitable growth.
  5. Conduct customer reviews and present management information using Power BI.
  6. Assist depots and customer services in resolving site issues, including health and safety, container changes, or alternative services.
  7. Maintain customer debt positions in line with contractual commitments.
  8. Engage confidently at all levels for negotiation, influencing, and communication to deliver long-term benefits.
  9. Address QLS issues affecting invoicing or credits, supporting resolution of payment queries.
  10. Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including advanced Excel.
  11. Analyze numerical data to inform decision-making.
  12. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
