A quick look at the role.

The Corporate Account Support Manager manages the commercial relationship between Biffa and its Facility Management Sub Sector Customers. The role covers financial performance, growth and development, contractual negotiations, meeting KPIs and SLAs, compliance, customer satisfaction and retention, and innovative solutions.

Your Core Responsibilities

  1. Primary interface between the company and specific corporate clients.
  2. Ensure business account plans are implemented, service success, contract compliance, retention, and pricing negotiations.
  3. Retain corporate clients through positive relationships and growth of service provision to achieve budgeted revenue.
  4. Manage tender and benchmarking processes, including preparation, editing, and delivery, and respond to RFIs, identifying new development opportunities for profitable growth.
  5. Complete customer reviews and present management information using Power BI.
  6. Assist depots and customer services in resolving site issues, including health and safety, container changes, or alternative services.
  7. Maintain customer debt positions in line with contractual commitments.
  8. Engage proficiently at all levels for negotiation, influencing, and communication to deliver long-term benefits.
  9. Identify causes of QLS issues affecting invoices or credits, supporting resolution of payment queries within the sector.

Our Essential Requirements

  1. Confidence with all Microsoft applications, including advanced Excel.
  2. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data.
  3. Personable with experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
