CORPORATE COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS PQE, YORK, TO C GBP 60,000. This role offers the chance to work in a busy, supportive team at a respected regional firm, with exposure to high-quality work and clear opportunities to grow. Job ref: 1201

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of matters, including succession planning, asset and business sales, M & A, reorganisations, partnerships, shareholder agreements and investments.
• Run your own caseload with autonomy, while also supporting senior colleagues on complex deals.
• Contribute to client development and the firm\'s growth.
• Collaborate in a friendly, team-focused environment.

About You

• 3+ years PQE with solid experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Confident communicator with strong technical skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware, and motivated to develop professionally.
• Enjoys working as part of a team while building client relationships.
