Overview

An expanding and highly successful corporate finance team and chartered accountancy practice based in Exeter is looking to bolster its team with the addition of an experienced Corporate Finance Manager. You will carve an influential role and progress in your career, joining the Exeter offices with hybrid working options.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects throughout the deal process, from initial client meetings and deal structuring to financial modelling and plans, proposals, due diligence, valuations, fund raising and seeing projects through to deal completion.
• Work closely with directors as a key right-hand support and take on the management and delivery of projects.
• Be client-facing and build relationships with clients, understanding drivers and what they are seeking with a real understanding of their needs.
• Work across mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, fund raising, restructuring/refinancing, grant applications and valuations work.
• Produce cash flow forecasts and budgets for input into valuations and examinations of company viability.
• Guide clients through the technical aspects of business transactions.

Profile / Qualifications

• AC A, ACCA, CF qualified; background in accountancy practice across Top 4, Top Ten, Mid Tier, Top 50 or independent firms, or experience in a smaller boutique corporate finance environment.
• Up to one, two years, or considerably more post-qualified experience, at or toward Corporate Finance Manager level.
• Seeking a career move with progression opportunities in a growing, highly successful firm.
