An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Corporate Finance Manager to join a forward-thinking renewable energy organisation in London. In this role, you’ll help define the shape the financial strategy and growth of a diverse portfolio, working at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategic decision-making.

The Key remits to the role will include but not be limited to;

• Lead and mentor a team of two financial analysts, fostering their development and guiding them through a period of technological change.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial analysis that informs investment decisions and strategic planning.
• Drive the implementation of a new financial modelling system, ensuring successful adoption and continuous improvement.
• Identify and execute process enhancements across modelling tools and governance frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and refine complex financial models for investment committee submissions and strategic evaluations.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, particularly within renewables or infrastructure, using scenario analysis and performance optimisation techniques.
• Support the Model Development Team by translating evolving business needs into system improvements.
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining high standards and clear communication across stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate will be;

• Proven experience mentoring finance professionals in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
• Advanced financial modelling skills, including strong VBA proficiency; experience in renewables or infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial analysis to broader business strategy.
• A structured, analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting or leading IT transformations within finance, particularly system implementations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
