Manage a varied Corporate caseload: gain exposure to exciting and complex client matters Work on share/business acquisitions, disposals, restructures, and governance: develop breadth and depth in transactional work Lead and support on deals as appropriate: build confidence through supported autonomy Develop client relationships and attend networking events: actively contribute to business development Collaborate across departments and offices: benefit from a strong team ethos and shared success
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales 2–4 years PQE in Corporate law Experience in share/business sales, restructures, governance, and joint ventures Strong drafting skills and clear client communication Full UK driving licence and own transport
