About the Opportunity

This regional firm boasts a strong reputation across the North of England, with their Corporate team particularly well-regarded in Manchester. They seek to add a skilled corporate Solicitor to bolster their expanding Manchester-based practice.

This opportunity is well-suited to a corporate lawyer seeking a new challenge and to progress their career, driving growth with a highly regarded firm that supports a healthy work-life balance.

You will undertake a variety of corporate instructions including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work. Expect market-leading incentives and progression prospects.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the three lead Partners, nurturing local and wider client relationships, promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team, at a key point in their growth trajectory.

You will be joining an ambitious team with strong technical ability, servicing clients from a variety of sectors across the complete spectrum of corporate services.

The Candidate

• An established Corporate Solicitor, with a growing network of connections in Manchester
• Enthused by undertaking a lead role and support in client tenders/business development
• Strong pedigree gained from reputable practice(s) in Manchester
• Strong work ethic and commercial acumen
• Motivated to progress and drive growth
