We are instructed on an excellent Corporate Associate opportunity, with a leading national practice known for diverse expertise and dedication to social impact, based in central Manchester.

Corporate Associate - Up to £70,000 salary and excellent benefits package

The Role

This firm has a growing Manchester-based corporate team, led by three of the most highly regarded Partners in the region. Their combined experience in advising on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on private equity transactions.

Recognised by the Legal 500 as one of the best law firms in the Northwest in transactional work, this is an excellent opportunity to play a meaningful role in a growing practice, with longstanding relationships nationwide.

The successful candidate will lead and assist on an excellent range of matters across all corporate services, advising clients from OMBs/ SMEs to larger nationals/ blue chip businesses on UK & cross-border deals.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and build strong relationships
• Work effectively as part of the corporate team and wider business/ firm

• Strong pedigree gained from reputable practice(s) in Manchester
• A high level of commerciality and motivated to drive growth
