The Role

You’ll be working as part of a highly regarded corporate team advising on a broad mix of corporate and transactional work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on M&A transactions, private equity, restructurings, and joint ventures.
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a range of corporate documents including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and investment documentation.
• Supporting partners and senior team members on larger, complex transactions while taking responsibility for your own matters.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with existing and new clients.
• Assisting with business development initiatives and networking opportunities.

About You

You’ll be a proactive and commercially minded corporate solicitor who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality advice to clients.

• A minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained within a recognised corporate practice.
• Experience across a broad range of corporate transactional work, ideally including M&A and private equity.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to manage transactions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident approach to client engagement.
• A genuine team player with a collaborative attitude and commercial awareness.
