Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. You will provide expert advice on corporate tax matters, guide businesses through complex challenges, and support clients in achieving their strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality corporate tax advisory services on a wide variety of projects, such as business reorganisations, transactions, international tax issues, and group structuring.
  • Manage and review corporate tax compliance work for a portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are consistently high.
  • Lead tax due diligence and advisory projects, supporting clients with clear and practical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser and identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm—including Corporate Finance, VAT/indirect taxes, Employment Taxes, and Transfer Pricing—to provide seamless support.
  • Monitor tax legislation and keep clients and colleagues informed of relevant developments.
  • Support the development of junior colleagues through coaching, training, and constructive feedback.

About You

  • A highly experienced tax professional, currently operating at Manager grade or above.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance work.
  • A confident leader, able to manage complex projects while supporting team development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, build relationships, and provide clear advice.
  • Professionally qualified (CA and/or CTA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in line management, coaching, or mentoring within a tax advisory environment.
