This is a fabulous opportunity to join our creative and passionate team, driving the creative vision and bringing this to life through content creation. You will be responsible for planning, organising, and directing shoots across channels producing assets including ecommerce content for the website, single and multi channel campaigns as well as wholesale partner sites. You will be both strategic and creative across both concepts and art direction with a clear understanding of which content works well in different channels including stills, videos, paid social, organic social and email. You will be fully involved in the planning and creating of content at all stages of the process and will be working very closely with both our internal teams as well as external creative partners. The ideal candidate will have a sense of fun. Our shoots capture the mood of the occasion, and we need someone who is happy to play, always curious to try new things out and evolve.

Based at our Brighton HQ, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Merchandising and Operations to support the broader commercial strategy. You will manage a small team, providing coaching, feedback and support. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop the creative strategy and vision that align with the overall marketing objectives and customers whilst maintaining the brand DNA
  • An obsession with who our customers are and how we want them to think and feel as a result of interacting with the brand
  • Own and manage the critical paths for content production, aligned with seasonal and category product launches
  • Lead the process for content production, working closely with marketing manager to ensure the creative is on brand, consistent and supplied in a timely manner
  • Have clear understanding of which content is required for each campaign, channel and wholesale partner, factoring in to each shoot
  • Manage and provide creative direction to internal and external creative teams, including designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creative professionals
  • Deliver content to retouchers, digital designers and relevant channel managers internally
  • Liaise with external wholesale partners to deliver content
  • Plan, book, and manage shoots, both in studio and on location
  • Sourcing crew, talent, and locations
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of creative assets
  • Manage and report on production budgets
  • Align with all channels to understand which content is most effective and why and developing future content based on this insight
  • Have a clear understanding of the business commercials and be able to report on the impact of the content you are producing

Your experience includes

  • Proven track record with driving and developing creative concepts
  • Strategic and creative direction that sets brands apart
  • Significant experience across different channels including the best formats within them to achieve success - please note most of our comms are digital
  • Able to set relevant KPIs and report on them (along with channel managers)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Fashion, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative role within fashion retail
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required for shoots in the UK and potentially abroad
