We’re partnering with a leading creative agency to find a talented Creative Project Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of agency life. This is an exciting chance to work across a variety of creative projects, collaborating with designers, content writers, and account directors to deliver high-quality work that delights clients.

We’re looking for someone with project management experience in a creative environment, who understands the pace, language, and dynamics of agency life.

The Role

As a Creative Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage and deliver creative projects across multiple clients and industries.
  • Oversee timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to manage expectations and maintain strong relationships.
  • Organise project documentation, SoWs, invoices, and administrative records efficiently

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Create detailed schedules, track milestones, and proactively manage risks.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Allocate team members and resources, monitor budgets, and balance workloads.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards and client expectations.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular updates and manage any changes in scope or timelines.
  • Administrative Support: Keep project files, finances, and documentation organised and up to date.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in project management, ideally within a creative or agency setting.
  • Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and creative software (Adobe Suite an advantage).
  • Mindset: Positive, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a commitment to high-quality delivery.
