About the Role

Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you’ll lead strategic CRM initiatives that drive customer lifetime value, loyalty and multi-channel engagement across our pet care ecosystem. This isn’t just about running campaigns — we’re looking for someone who can think big, test smart and deliver meaningful insights that elevate the customer experience.

This role offers hybrid working (two office days per week) from our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire). Please note, due to the summer holiday period, we will be shortlisting for this role in the week commencing 18th August.
