Your responsibilities:

• Loyalty Programme Management: Leads the Lacoste Membersloyalty programme, driving strategy, engagement, and omnichannel activations toelevate customer retention and premiumisation.
• Retail and partner network management:Enhance the customer experience, improvingcustomer knowledge and developing customer-centricity: data collection,enrichment, analysis sharing, and recommendations. Define key CRM KPI's andpartner with retail and partner networks to drive success.
• Campaigns & Communications: Plans and executesmulti-channel CRM campaigns (Email/SMS/Wallet), ensuring tailored offers,customer targeting, and brand consistency.
• Insights & Data Strategy: Manages CRM database, segmentscustomer data, and delivers insights to support VIP engagement, campaignperformance, and business growth.
