Overview

Join to apply for the CRO Analyst role at easyJet holidays

The CRO Analyst will be at the centre of our digital optimisation team, helping shape how customers experience easyJet holidays online. Using tools like Contentsquare and Google Analytics, the CRO Analyst will dive into customer journeys, spot what’s working, and flag what isn’t. You’ll turn data into insight and clear explanations that help colleagues understand what customers are doing and why. You’ll create reports, build cases for change, and work with teams across digital, tech, commercial, and customer to implement those changes.

You’ll help identify where people drop off, what causes frustration, and where we’re making things harder than necessary, as well as what we’re getting right and how we can do more of it. This work feeds into our testing programme: shaping hypotheses, tracking live experiments, reporting results, and ensuring decisions are evidence-backed. You’ll analyse A/B tests, measure outcomes, and support the wider business by turning digital insight into action.

You’ll continue to improve how we gather feedback, present findings, and help others act on the insights you uncover. Your input will drive smarter decisions and a better digital experience for every customer.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

We’re looking for someone with experience in a digital analytics or CRO role, familiar with how optimisation fits into a broader digital strategy. You’ll have worked with agile development teams, have experience with Contentsquare, and know how to pull meaningful insights to improve the customer experience. Experience with A/B testing platforms (such as Optimizely) is expected, and familiarity with tools like Hotjar or Userlytics is a plus. The key is the ability to turn user behaviour into clear, useful insight.

You know how to use data to support ROI cases and back up business decisions. You’ve worked with stakeholders and can explain data in a way that makes sense to everyone. You’ve set up reporting processes, built regular insight reports, and contributed to embedding data-driven thinking across teams. Proficiency with Excel and data from tools like GA4 is important.

What’s In It For You

In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package including a company-wide bonus scheme and a 5% pension contribution. We provide share options, life assurance, and a flexible benefits package you can tailor to your needs. You’ll have access to heavily discounted flights for you and your family, free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and generous annual leave. We are committed to supporting development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere.
